They're bare metal servers.
Yeah, but Scaleway servers are ARM... not Intel
Yeah it's an ARM... an ARM that can run circles around that tiny Atom. x86 compatibility is only an advantage if you are running black-box binaries or major parts of your stack are written in assembly; in either case, you should probably go home and rethink your life.
Can't recommend digicube. Their network is utter crap.

Wish I got invitation too.
Having an invitation is not enough sadly. You also need to constantly re-try to create a server hoping to get an IP. As of now they are suffering a shortage of IPs.
