I don't believe I'd do business to that degree with one client via PayPal. If we're exchanging that much money on a regular basis and I don't know you well enough to fly you down for a drink and exchange money via confirmed check or money order, I don't think I want that kind of money on the line. That said, sounds like he isn't bad at social engineering.

I let RazorServers know too, I doubt they'll do anything but still. He's currently got some servers with them, they'll probably get a chargeback soon.

I sent a ticket into their abuse department around 3 days ago through my clients account, so they probably did read it then. I included all the links and everything so yeah.
I wonder how the banks tolerate such customers with so many chargebacks?
They don't. It's stolen credit cards.
