@Luke007 your budget is unrealistic. Raise it to 1€/month and you can get either SeFlow or ArubaCloud. None of them are great, but your budget is very limited.

You already got two decent suggestions at $15 with 500GB, I wouldn't push it any further.
Yeah i'm using it a lot they even provide SLA and they are awesome IMO they are also a big firm so they can sustain for long
