Encoding Windows VPS / KVM

do you guys know where i can bought this kind of vps with bitcoin,and if possible,torrent allowed

    Encoding consumes allocated resources vigorously. I think it would be hard for you to find a provider that allow encoding services where the platform is shared.

    Look for providers that can provide:

    • Dedicated CPU cores
    • High bandwidth
    • Cloud (IaaS) - many do allocate full cores.

    I would recommend a dedicated server instead of your purposes. E.g. OVH, Online.net, where there isn't a restriction on CPU usage.

    2 Dedicated E3-1230 cores
    4GB RAM
    250GB HDD
    5TB @ 100Mbit

    In Dallas.

    Torrent is fine as long as legal and I can do bitcoin. $35 for those specs
