Currently looking for books on Python 2/3. Nothing specific like flask, but a book for someone whose done a bit of coding in other languages and would like to learn Python.
If ebook format is available, it would be great, already carrying too many textbooks already lol.

you can find nice collection here https://github.com/vhf/free-programming-books/blob/master/free-programming-books.md#python
If you are willing to pay:
My personal favourite was "Python3 Object Oriented Programming" https://www.packtpub.com/application-development/python-3-object-oriented-programming
There is also great python course from edx starting on 13.01.2016 https://www.edx.org/course/introduction-computer-science-mitx-6-00-1x-6 if you go there don't forget to take part 2 of the course it will probably follow this one.
Do you guys think the python community will move to 3.xx especially since 2.xx is really popular?
3.xx is really popular too.
watch out there ninja, you need to indent your text in here.

Once you have picked up the basics, Python's docs are pretty good.
been a long time py2 user. moved onto py3, love the built in unicode/utf8 support.
it's the future, so If i were you, i'd learn py3.
