Just wanted to let everyone know that OP was a scammer and has been banned. He scammed me $150 and I will be filing a dispute with PayPal.

OP and I have been talking since November 22, on December 12 I decided to pay for it, and after then he's failed to deliver and keeps making excuses.

Not sure what I should do at this point. I've been very patient with him. "

"He's came online after that message and no response
Time to file a dispute."
Update:
I called PayPal and explained the situation and they reversed the payment. I got my money back.
