They do not offer SSD VPS as well as BudgetVZ.
As to Quadranet's InfraCloud, they use SSD storage only in LA location as far as I know.
LA is out of stock the rest have stock
We have multiple nodes in Miami with QN, however not with SSD. Our Raid array speed is still very fast, even we don't use SSD.

I'd recommend against Gestion DBI or DeepNet Solutions, the owner of those services is a twelve-year-old twat. Also they don't care about security -- their website's SSL certificate was broken, and all they did was criticize people who reported the issue and tell them to check their Twitter feed.
