There's the answer. Lack of knowledge.
Many people seem to think it's a waste of IP space if they give you 5-10 ipv6 addresses let alone a /64
Really think LET should start testing providers' basic competence and issue internet licenses before they're allowed to post offers.
If that were the case you'ld have left with only a handful of them, that is if we're being optimistic...
And there's the issue that LET is not that kind of an organization as well.
