    Now runs on a 128MB debian VPS, runs fine

  • PPTP the fastest tested so far. Not so many problems.

    I usually use OpenVPN-AS since it seems to be the easiest way to setup a VPN server.

    I use PPTP because my routers support it out of the box. Running on less than 32MB of RAM (2 routers and 2 32MB OpenVZ VPSs).

    Bah! After spreading the love of PPTP I found a problem with it that resulted in a 950Mbps DOS attack last night. :(

    Oddly enough, the attack went unnoticed by us, our clients, and our monitoring software. We didn't even know there was an attack until Steve checked the datacenter bandwidth graph.
