If you target a speciffic country, there will be little to no traffic at night, at 10 times more the average for an hour in the evening. In some cases, all traffic will be in that hour.

For 6 dollars you can get 1 GB, why bother to make calculations, I know this is LET where ppl squeeze the last byte, however, not everyone can do that and some plugins are pretty heavy.
