Has anyone ever trademarked a business name or domain/slogan? If so does it only apply to US or anywhere ICANN is established?

    If you register a trademark in somewhere like the UK it applies across Europe I think. Also helps to get fake domains removed VERY quickly!

    Also helps with ownership of a domain from another entity, if that domain is relevant to your company. With Ignite being so generic I doubt it'll work.
