Hello LET memebrs
One of my clients needs a fast vps for hosting a high traffic WP website. I think this features are requiered:
Ram: min 1.5 GB
CPU: min 2 or 3 cores (not an oldie cpu)
Storage: 25 GB (SSD is highly preferd because it has many db queries in pages and lots of logged in users)
Location: EU (most of visitors are from Iran)
Virtualization: kvm or xen (I use serverpilot.io for managing the server and it hates openvz but I can do a different configration on openvz if find a good offer here)
Budget: 7-10$
Payment method: Bitcoin or let others pay his invoice through his member area using cc or paypal
Finally: Only providers who offer services to Iran

@Verelox accepts Bitcoin as far as I know, but their 1.5GB SSD KVM VPS has only 1 vCPU, and 2GB VPS is a little out of your budget.
FWIW, no US corp can accept Iran customers (legally)

From checking EU+US is not allowed to trade. UN has not got anything regarding international trade in action currently
What about OVH SSD? You're not getting the cores though. Or you can go with waveride and risk it...but no SSD
@sandro unfortunately ovh doesn't offer services to Iranian people. Waveride (with reviews I read) for an unlocky man like me is a real risk!

US no, EU yes - EU however has problems as there is not much way to get legally paid in a country cut off from international banking (SWIFT etc.), some IR companies have foreign accounts however (like the .IR NIC has an account in Germany) or use like Chinese payment systems.
