What will be the price of such config for reselling? I'm not looking for VPS reseller like VPS:3 Accounts Allowed as HVH do. I'll buy when i will get order.

1. Openvz/SolusVM control.
2. I need to integrate it with my whmcs for automatic provisioning. [it will be a plus]
3. All is unmanaged. but, if you can provide cpanel at cheap rate that will be also a plus.
4. Please include link of add-ons with pricing.

I got the feeling that OP just want to have an white-labeled panel/API to hook up in his site so he can add an percentage on top of upstream price and only pay upstream when/if he makes a sell.

RAID-1 is okay, but not KVM.
@DhruboHost yea, whmcs default solusvm module does not support kvm, only the one from modulesgarden
