Cloudshards Sydney Down.

Anyone else got a VPS with cloudshards in Sydney Australia?

It's been down for a few hours now and no response to tickets, phone or LET pm..

    Not cloudshards, but my dediserve Sydney servers are offline, have been for about 2 and a half hours apparently.

    Seems to be back up now, still no word from the provider.

    They mention support is 24/7/365 on the website...

    Yeah mine too, was offline for just over 3 hours. About 48 hours ago there was a 20minute outage as well.

    Looks like Query Foundry have some issues.

    This has been resolved.

    It appears to be a hardware issue with our Juniper distribution switches, we're still looking into it. JTAC has been involved.
