I have some pretty cheap KVM 1024MB - 40GB SATAIII - 1TB Bandwidth 1 cpu Core @3.4GHz that would run about $90.00/yr can do 2 months free if you purchase annually. I also have 256 and 512MB RAM plans of course lower than $90.00/yr.

128MB kvm plans about €6 a year on littlehappycloud.net.

Although, I wouldn't say the network is great.

I run a daily script with cron and file it. Here are the results for october:
from Oct 18-31(one daily result, bench file is the one from freevps.us/bench.sh):

well, there's alpharacks, but their old lowendbox post didnt get very good reviews.
