vps with cpanel or reseller for clients
we will offer clients simple static websites as an add on to our products. apx 3 to 5 pages.
should I get a vps or a reseller package?
I'm looking for a combination of price, stability, support and service. ease of use and setup.
well not just email. Will outsource to Google apps.
also, with a reseller account, is the domain registration white labeled?

Depends on the account. I would just get a cheap reseller package if you want to offer a bit of free shared web hosting with your packages, no need to pay for a cpanel license + vps.
you want more control get a vps, if not get a reseller, but like you said, static sites so a reseller would be just fine
Get a quality reseller. Where are you normal servers located?

You should have no problem with a reseller account. It will probably be cheaper too.
