I need a quality DDoS protected VPS

Within in the past few days I was hit with two ddos attacks. Both were strong enough to take down the entire datacenter, along with my providers website. My plan going forward is to get a few ddos protected VPS servers throughout the United States and set them up as GRE tunnels. I need a VPS that can handle 100+ gbps, preferably 5 dollars a month per VPS considering I will probably be buying 3-5.
