I have a feeling many features of interworx would be broken even if you did use a CentOS 6 ARM clone. It relies on packages being available, you'd have to compile many missing dependencies and packages from source for ARM architecture.
AFAIK CentOS does not distribute a release for ARM.
Actually https://lists.centos.org/pipermail/arm-dev/2015-February/000089.html but no release yet.
And there is also this promising post http://seven.centos.org/2015/03/centos-linux-7-and-arm/ with screenshots.
Oh :P --> http://people.centos.org/hughesjr/armv7hl/ Now someone port this to Scaleway hardware.
Is interworx for centos7 even out of pre-beta?
As i know yes
