If you stalk wholesaleinternet's dedicated offers page long enough you will eventually find some of their $10-$25 on stock and purchase it from there.
KS-3 so he is looking for something like i5 processor 4c/4t - 16GB - 2.67GHz ok ks its $15 so his budget is around that.
