It comes and goes, nothing surprising.
I think it was pushed back for dev reasons, I'm sure the specific reason can be found on the blog.
It's still in development, they are working on the website, it's changed a lot recently, but I can promise you it should be here soon, you can also tell with all the v2 updates you can use with v1 at the moment. It's a big big update so it will be worth it.
You can migrate from Virtualizor, it can run on Centos 7, it's installed by RPM packages.
