A: You Need compare same configuration same options to say cheap or not cheap.
B: Provider you saying not have dmca free zone or ddos protection.
C: Better you ask it from OVH
Regarding techs we getting service they were able to keep our node online for 195 days http://prntscr.com/8nu63i
Since we start posting offers here ( Nearly 2 years ) we use semi annual prices no one have problem about that.
