For $10 I'd imagine they can afford to give you one hour of an Indian junior tech's time per month. Probably the same guys who do some of the helpdesks around here. Decide if that's worth anything at all to you.
There's a reason that my company charges 10x this and it's not just for spelling.
No, they are not good at all. I used their cPnginx (cPanel nginx plugin) for some time and their support was quite horrible. If you have a stereotype for the bad quality of outsourced support - they will live up to it.
