I used RamNode awhile back the service was pretty good. I had one or two outages in my time with them nothing big but yea id say RamNode is good.
DrServer (great support, great service for the price), Leaseweb (fantastic network), Prometeus (nice deals from time to time; very serious company)!
DrServer (fantastic support, fantastic performance), MyCustomHosting (great pricing/performance and Phil has been good to work with), Linode (just...wonderful. Best host I've ever used by far. Sadly a little bit pricier than the others.)
Not entirely sure how I'd rank them against eachother though.
