hostwithlinux has launched their HongKong VPS base on KVM today, servers are located in softlayer,HongKong, with 1000m port. it is good connection to asian countries. i have ordered a 4g ram kvm vps, and installed windows server 2012.
Ram from 0.5G to 8G,start from 1G ram you can install windows with your key.
