From the looks of it it's not even worth the 10$ they charge for an owned license.
It could potentially save a developer some time if they were building on it I guess.

Their website uses whois protection
There is no name anywhere on the website either
There is some obscure tax added
It doesn't actually do anything, just sends you an email with the order details
I wouldn't let such a script handle my money.

I could probably make the same thing in 5 seconds, okay maybe a few hours if I concentrated.
That's my point though - $10 is a lot cheaper than a few hours' work.
Just thinking I'm already building an invoicing system for my sysadmin clients, and this could tie in quite nicely for the hosting clients.
I guess so but personally I'd prefer starting from scratch so I have a better knowledge of what I'm working with. I could probably build something a bit better, although I've not seen the code so can't jump to conclusions.
