nodejs Supervisor for sftp?
I use nodejs a lot and absolutely love this module:

Sometimes I want to test stuff on a live server and really hate the alt-tabbing to upload. Is there something similar to this, but instead of automatically re-running your app, it uploads it to your server (and then re-runs it)?
Edit: It doesn't specifically have to re-run it, atleast an automatic upload upon saving would be nice.

Check your IDE it most likely has an option to do exactly that.
Personally I use webstorm and it'll upload whenever I save the file.
