Lulz. I was just considering to order server from them because UptimeVPS crash. But I assume they're in exactly same category.
I just wonder how many of those hosting business "brands" are run by same guys.

I have always had a pretty quick response from them, though my server did seem to change IP (and location IIRC) without any notice once.
Hmmm, not support needed since a lot of time.
Despite my complains about not offering any SLA (Las Vegas nodes, you know).
