We've got ours setup on 60 ... and ofcourse if it marks someone inaccurately for fraud, they do contact us and we verify it manually.

I have set mine up to use the new Risk score so out of 100. Set it at 50 and Block Country Mismatch / Block Anonymous Proxy. We use a WHMCS script which automatically opens a ticket to Sales when a fraud order pops ups and emails client, we ask for clients to reply back if they'd like order reviewed and we then manually check the account.

@24khost Yeah we are using that at the moment.
For us, we need to have a strict business fraud check, our % is 10 or low, so if you get caught :P we will delete your order and block your account (in rare cases).
We dont like SPAMERS, or Neither people who use Stolen paypals
from our experience a genuine client does not pass the 1% 
What version of scoring are you on?
We still use the older score so the numbers could mess you up depending.

0.1 on the new scale, works marvelously!
We turned on phone verification for all orders, seems to work fine for us.
over 50% to be marked fraud. Most of the real fraud is 70%+
