dotcloud is the best paas ever! you can have custom ports, and even install ubuntu packages

Not up front about cost, that's about as far as I get. Seems unlikely that it's free.
Nevermind, figured it out. iPad was toying with me. Quite expensive though.

The custom packages is neat but their file structure is wonky, got my looking glass to run on there just fine but, all these PaaS are very confusing to use and learn their interfaces, better off just sticking with a low end box.
