I only have NL, but drop them a ticket and they might sort you out. Their support is very good.

I have a RamNode VPS in both locations running a VPN. Speed is fantastic. My ping time from where I am to their looking glass is 35 ms and 45 ms (NY and ATL, respectively).
Buy one, try it out. If it doesn't work, ask for a refund. Besides, it's only $13 a YEAR, how can it possibly go wrong?
ATL speeds are fast -- just look at online VPS benchmarks? Have NYC/NL also... superb. Can't go wrong IMO but like Joe said there is a 3 day refund period.
