I think you are better finding a broker directly instead of the LET community.
A /16 is large, especially when there are IPv4 shortages.
It's better you do become a LIR (e.g. in RIPE). In what region are the IPs being used?

What are the IPs going to be used for? Before anyone in the ARIN region can allocate that kind of space to you they must first receive valid justification.
