@dediserve Something appears to be wrong with your template list. When trying to create a server from my resources I get these options:
Ubuntu - CentOS5.5Archlinux - Debian5, Ubuntu8Rhel - Ubuntu10, Gentoo10My location is Austria for what its worth.
I chose CentOS 6 x64 during the checkout process.

Great price, but saturated server location. Im assuming that location is less demanded or undersold. As for quality dediserve is top notch!

eh, Vienna saturated? In Austria there is basically only EDIS...
CLARIFICATION: Most current locations run Xen, newer Hypervisors are KVM (Dallas certainly). Price is excluding EU VAT where applicable.
UPDATE: Dublin, Amsterdam and Frankfurt are now added to the available locations

I already have a ticket regarding this so I assume your staff are well aware of the issue. I was told you'll get back to me when you hear from your DC.
