One idea: Change your courier
Had similar problems here and changed the courier, this didnt happen anymore.

What happened to the brocade?
UPS trashed it, and they're still fighting us on the insurance claim. Best we can guess, it was knocked off the top of a pallet...about the only thing that could do that amount of damage to the big heavy Brocade.
that's why they called it ..Iron :P
