IPv4 exhaustion and they have tons of IPv4, the prices gonna rise up.
Maybe he sells or not.
1.: Open ARIN Account (done)
2.: Sell VPS for 10$ yearly with 7 IPs (at the verge of being profitable, if at all) (done)
3.: Justify a /17 with the obtained customer information (done)
4.: Close company and all VPS (i give them a year max)
5.: Sell said /17 for 32000 x 3-4$ (96000$+)
6.: Move to Haiwaii
Well, IT7-Networks (bandwagonhost, xvmlabs etc.) have been very stable for me.

So you're saying they've jumped on the IPv4 hoarding 'bandwagon'?
They had been stable? Yes.
They had been hoarding a very big quantity of IPv4? Yes.
Both factors are not exclusive. I doubt the whole IT7 will disappear, but the XVM brand... that's a different history, yeah.
Not trying to offend anyone, but I believe some folks here are way too fixated on the IPv4 hoarding issue, to the point they see it in pretty much everything.
This case is pretty clear - Why else would they assign a /29 - The largest ARIN allowed without SWIP - for not even 10$/yr?
