Xfuse Solutions Support is too crappy

My vps is down for almost seven hours and I even have not recieved a single notification from them .

    Is it purchased from Xfuse or from Hostress or from GVH? If you've not been following the threads, GVH -> Xfuse -> Hostress -> Dead.

  • @AnthonySmith To be fair, some providers do have monitoring with auto status checks and support ticket submission.
