Need help with fixing Roundcube Error on my VPS

Hi,
I need help with fixing a Roundcube webamail error on my newly setup VPS.
The following error displays after having entered username/password for mailbox.
Error: Connection to storage server failed
I am running Webuzo on centos-6.4-x86_64.minimal
I have googled this error and it appears to be quite common but cannot find a resolve to the problem.

Testing imap4 and pop3 ports with telnet.
