Non-ColoCrossing VPS providers in Buffalo?

I'm looking for SSD KVM VPSs in Buffalo but so far all hosts I've found use ColoCrossing. Do non-CC Buffalo providers exist?

Why does it have to be Buffalo specifically then? What about New Jersey and New York City etc? Lots of options in the area.
As above, especially that the traffic is likely to go through the main exchanges in those cities anyway before it reaches the building next to you.
