Looking for a cheap dedicated server, looking to pay it off semi-annually to annually (depending on cost).
Prefer outside US/UK/CA.
Specs:
2 - 4 GB ram minimum
500 GB HDD minimum or 120 GB SSD
100mbps unmetered or 10tb @ 1gbps
IPMI/iLO/KVM over IP wanted, but not required
Available payment methods is visa/mastercard or btc. Don't want to deal with PayPal directly anymore.

Can do an E3 in Germany from £80/month or E5 with DDR4 ram for £100/month not cheap but hopefully is near what you need.

Hey, my brother It has a server here (www.digital-hosting.biz/en), ask them via the ticket what it would cost server with that performance, the brother had paid 120$ 32GB RAM 8CPU, location France
their dedicated server page links to nothing and i guess they are just a reseller of online.net/oneprovider or OVH
I think it's online.net, but support is very fast and servers are online 24/7, my brother used to his game hosting, so far there was no problem

Making FR pretty much as worse as the three listed locations. And Germany isn't really save either due to BND spying and working directly under/for NSA. And forget UK, too. Same story.
Support can't be any faster than online itself - You also don't get panel access so no notificactions of downtime (monitors ports) and reinstall management.
