I am looking for fully Managed VPS with DDoS Protection and CPanel.
I am looking for
4 CPU, 1-2 GB RAM, SSD disk, (10 gb would be enough)
My website using a lot of ajax codes so it can be use 100% CPU time to time. So please be aware of it before offer me something.

Understood. Just bear in mind cPanel VPS at a wholesale rate costs $11 USD / mo alone. That leaves $14 ISD for management and hardware. If someone will offer it to you at this price just don't expect much of quality and service.
It is my starting price, I can go higher if necessary.^^

Do you really need cpanel?
A basic free service at serverpilot.io might enough for one or two websites.
Besides, it won't bloat your server like cpanel'd do.

ddos protection, cPanel license, managemend and DEDICATED cpu core so you may push 100% for $20? not gonna happen.
unmanaged kimsufi w/o cpanel would be an option for you

Yeah, they work for a basic setup, but look into ssh hardening on your server so that you don't get hacked/brute-forced.
Also, my server is ubuntu 64bit running 2 sites and php fpm is eating too much ram. It might be misconfiguration on my part though. My server's 1gb, 1 core, 30gb ssd.
Your server should do fine until you get more comfortable with linux or you can always hire somebody to optimise it for you.
