Forum help us interact with the clients to know there opinion or for them to clarify there questions when we post an offer. Similarly I would say people who find a hosting company via search is not blindfolded to buy the service unless he is satisfied with the requirement. He could use live chat indeed to clarify.
Having said that, the search clients can also seek the review of the hosting company by asking their queries in forums with other members or also help them to look at the discussions/posts made here.
