For first year only?
Had a bad experience with them around 1 year ago. Support didn't answer to something, my cancellation request got no attention, instead new invoice was created. Further, they sold "offshore" services but no location or lg written / linked anywhere. IP was US (according to iplocation.net which checks against multiple DBs) but they told me it was France. In which way is FR offshore or - against what?
Can't tell you specific information as it's some time ago and they obviously deleted some stuff from my account as I know there were more problems but when logging in now..only 1 ticket in which I wrote, that they may please pay attention to my cancellation request. This ticket was obviously answered very quickly within 12 minutes.
Edit: Had a hosting plan with them back then as I wasn't using servers yet.
