Have few clients using yourserver.se VPS'es. Sweden/Latvia locations is great for most projects (near offshore). They accepts bitcoin.
By the way, i have spare VPS which expire in 2 days (not going to renew) of already not offering low-end plan with 256 mb of RAM. 20 euro per year. 1 cpu, 5 GB SSD, unlimited bandwidth.
