Connectivity issues Inceptionhosting?
Hey there,
Just wondering if anyone else is encountering packet loss on their VM in the Netherlands with Inceptionhosting since this morning?
I'm having about 15% loss, regardless from which source location I'm connecting / testing.
A restart of my VM hasn't resolved anything so I suppose the issue resides outside of my VM.
I did open up a ticket and am waiting for a reply, however I thought if more people are noticing this issue perhaps it'll be easier for Inception to discover what is the problem

@AnthonySmith
He'll be on soon, give it time.
̶n̶̶o̶ problems to les singapore
I have time, but I'm posting out of curiousity.
My machine is in the Netherlands actually. That might explain why Singapore is okay
You didn't included that in your post, so I just looked at the one vm I got with them. ;D
Lol you're right.... * facepalm * I edited the post with that info ))
Don't you think location would make a difference? I do. lol
No packet loss to or from Rotterdam right now.
I just checked it again, and still no problem. Are you still having issues?
Yes I do unfortunately
And you're on the same server that I am?
Edit: I just realized that Inception Hosting offers a bunch of different things, so the answer to the above is probably no. Sorry about my ignorance.
Not sure, my node is called MiniKVM1 . Yours?
Low End Spirit
Hmmm well, thats good on one hand. If you were on the same node and had no issues, I'd probably be having a challenge on my VM :-)
@Akito got a traceroute to post ?
@Akito Also, for this kind of issue, I would recommend you to post in on the official forum --> http://forum.lowendspirit.com/viewforum.php?id=31
This is where all issue and maintenance are announced for LittleHappyCloud and LowEndSpirit.
Simple answer, no.
Replied to the ticket but as you did not really provide any info of value I can't really offer you much.
This is littlehappycloud/lowendspirit I would remind you what the primary support methods are but I have all but given up repeating myself on this, I might as well have no brand separation for non sla services and redirect all support issues to the lowendtalk forum.
Sorry to sound grumpy but you essentially ignored the primary support methods you agreed to, ignored the network troubleshooting guide, provided no information I could use put the burden of initial info gathering on me then opened a thread on another forum to be forever indexed in Google suggesting all 9 locations have connectivity issues.
There is a reason it takes longer and longer to order the les/lhc products with all the tick boxes and extra steps and this is it.
Anyway, awaiting an mtr or even source ip or ip's so I can investigate properly.
@mikho here it is:

@davidgestiondbi I wasn't aware of that even though I'm a big LEB lurker.... Apologies, will do it there next time )
And Anthony has just replied to me so I'm sure it'll be solved soon ))
@AnthonySmith,
I know perfectly well what are the grounds or primary support methods here.
However, as I get kicked out almost as soon as logging in through SSH, there's not much I can do other than rebooting (which I've done).
I generally don't need OS support or whatsoever. I'd recommend you to put a link to the network troubleshooting guide right there where one has to agree and tick the bullets upon opening a tickets. One can't miss it then. I did and I apologize for that.
I've tried to make very clear in my thread that my post was not intented to put you down or to bash you. I clearly wrote I was just curious if other people have or had issues. C'est tout. And it won't suggest all 9 locations are having issues, as I wrote it's in the Netherlands buddy. I'm sure I edited my initial post, to add that info, before Google even noticed my thread.
No hard feelings on my side to you, even though you didn't sound nice while I've been nice since the beginning. Hope you will be fine next time.
Well this is the issue, everything you said after that is irrelevant, you should have used them.
There is no hard feelings I just find it frustrating when people open tickets instead of using the forum and then post on other forums while providing no info or doing and real investigation work.
Anyway I have just now as I type this spotted the same thing, looking in to it further but I wont be using this thread any more.
You joined almost a year ago and you still have no idea about the LES stuff? It took me hardly 2 days to figure out everything. I doubt it's Ant who didn't make it clear, but rather you didn't care about it and don't want to care about it.
TL;DR, I have no issue to miniKVM1from my location.
