  www.iwstack.com Xen available too in Italy if needed. There is also light DDoS protection if needed.

  Not really what I am looking for but thank you though. I have already considered iwstack early on and it was at the top of my list along with a few others. I am looking for exactly what ImpactVPS does only KVM with custom ISO. Not looking for a cloud with hourly billing at all. VDR fits the bill perfectly for my needs.
