I'd recommend Edis.at, I've been using one of their UK KVMs for VPNing and it works quite well. Should be fine as long as you don't require more then 1Gb of HD lol
umm.. the pricing of edis.at is a level higher than i'm looking at..
My only problem with edis is disk space. Their pricing isn't too bad.
