I once had to wait multiple months and they refused to give me my money back when I asked them to after a month.

does it matter, any company that takes money then takes a that long to deliver anything should not be one you even consider.

@sweatbar: I had a server with them for 1 years, no issues at all. I just replaced it with a new one from them about 2 weeks ago and they delivered it same day.
Only thing that prevents me from getting a server from them is their processor.![:\](https://lowendtalk.com/resources/emoji/confused.png ":\")
I bought a VPS on FirstHeberg , 24hrs..
Personally it took about 4 days because they oversold the server I wanted.
