    It's not a PR9 link anyway.

    The (defunct) toolbar PR has always been misinterpreted.

    It's default behaviour is to display PR of root domain - 1 for every subdomain label, which is what it is here. If every G+ page was PR9 on a log scale of 10, it'd be a useless metric.

    That's not really a PR 9 link, Google is/was PR 9, also pagerank is dead.
