  I don't know the answer for your new AO blend, but it doesn't look like Telstra - regardless of communities you're using.

  China Telecom, not a home connection though and looks like they are having some issues themselves....

  China Unicom. I tested around peak traffic hours, the connection is congested locally. So the test might not be accurate.
