There are BuyVM and GinerNet, depending on your desired location. Another one would be https://en.myvirtualserver.com/, but their CPU performance sucks on their plans below 1gb ram.
also, Hosteasy.eu in Moldova has Voxility's DDoS Protection as well. + Sven is awesome!
Hosteasy is good last time I used them. the Filtering activated and blocked out all the traffic. but this was a while back. Can I provide them with my SSL and they'll get it updated so I won't have any issues?
Get something with CNServers like Ramnode Seattle ($3/mth ddos ip addon) . CNServers uses a mix of Voxility + their own existing filtering methods now.
Hrm.. it doesnt seem to all go through Voxility.. a large portion of traceroutes from various sites to CNServers goes through Voxility's pop in Los Angeles but then there is a lot that doesn't.
