If you can do with 512 MB of ram, you can try littlehappycloud.net not sure if this has a sla though. @AnthonySmith might be able to load windows for you.

I've already used Vultr but their JP VPS seems not faster than US for me.
DO do they allow Windows now?

    Japan > conoha.jp

    Singapore > theideahosting.com

Admittedly without a comma. But you do seem to be so eager to make that referral sale, don't you.

And nope DO do (sic) not support Windows.

Ouch. My bad. It's just a $10 commission though, and I wouldn't recommend them if I didn't think they were worth it.

Well ask @fitvpn for refund, he was the one who told you they support Windows.
I mean, did you see anything about Windows on their website? If no, why even expect they will support it?

  • you have to use their api to mount windows iso

LittleHappyCloud look like Located at Leaseweb SG, it's major peer to America, poor to Asia Pacific(but also have NTT)
Theideahosting colo at server.lu Located at Equinix/8to, better to southeast Asia via telin(also direct China Telecom)
If you need to develop the Singapore local bussiness,Ikoula(Location at Singtel) or Dediserve(Located at NMex/Starhub) is better choice, Simplercloud also OK
